Sally Burtt-Jones brewed coffee, opened her pretty pink and green beach hut overlooking Tankerton Beach in Whitstable, Britain’s oyster capital, in North Kent. She also put on a sweatshirt for the occasion that she reveals under her down jacket ? the weather is freezing, this Wednesday, January 12. It is crossed out with a message for the occasion: ?Merde? (in French). Sally co-founded the SOS Whitstable association during the summer of 2021 to fight against the practices of Southern Water, the private water treatment company in the south-east of England.

Sally Burtt-Jones, founder of SOS Whitstable, surrounded by Ed Acteson and Rebecca Martin, in Kent (United Kingdom), January 12, 2022. They are mobilizing to protect Whitstable beach from sewage discharge.

The latter had just been sentenced to a historic fine of 90 million pounds sterling (108 million euros), by the British National Environment Agency, for having illegally dumped billions of liters of dirty water into the rivers and in the sea off Kent, Hampshire and Sussex. But it continued to send sewage water several times a week directly into the sea, a nautical mile east of Tankerton, where one of its treatment plants, Swalecliffe, is located.

?These discharges are only authorized in the event of exceptional weather events, but Southern Water has not invested in its infrastructures for thirty years: as soon as it rains, they saturate [elles recueillent les eaux sales grossies par les intempéries] », says Sally Burtt-Jones, a sustainability consultant who left London for the seaside a few years ago. “If it rained the day before, we know that we can’t swim the next day”, adds Rebecca Martin.

Like Sally and the dozen other members of SOS Whitstable, this marketing consultant is part of a local club of sea swimmers, Bubbletit Bluetits, disgusted by the almost daily pollution of their beaches. The practice of all-weather swimming has grown significantly in the UK with the Covid-19 pandemic. This Wednesday, it hasn’t rained for several days and some swimmers are testing the icy water at Tankerton. ” In August [2021], the beach had to close eighteen days out of thirty-one when full people hadn’t gone on vacation because of the pandemic and needed to take advantage of it. Quite a few neighbors told us that they had been sick after bathing,? explains Rebecca.

The English rivers among the most polluted in Europe

SOS Whitstable then decides to act. In the fall, the association launched a petition on Change.org, demanding that the environmental law then under discussion in the British Parliament be amended, so that water treatment companies are legally obliged to limit discharges. The petition passed the 100,000 signature mark, the House of Lords supported the amendment and voted in favor. Downing Street is blocking these changes but, a few days before the opening of COP26 in Glasgow (Scotland), the media are getting involved, and the Johnson government is doing an about face. Now adopted, the legislation requires companies to?ensure a progressive reduction of damage? caused by dirty water.

Downing Street is blocking these changes but, a few days before the opening of COP26 in Glasgow (Scotland), the media are getting involved, and the Johnson government is doing an about face. Now adopted, the legislation requires companies to?ensure a progressive reduction of damage? caused by dirty water.

Masterchef, sixth episode: Anna eliminated. Bruno and Christian on standby, the verdict next week. An appointment in the name of internationality. In the Mystery Box amateur cooks rediscovered the true Italian flavor through tasty “migrant ingredients”, before exploring Islamic gastronomy in the Invention Test and border cuisine during the picturesque Test in External in Trieste, the same beautiful city that also hosted the Pressure Test.

Judges Bruno Barbieri, Antonino Cannavacciuolo and Giorgio Locatelli decreed the elimination from Masterchef Italy of Anna, while Bruno and Christian, the worst results at Pressure: the verdict for them will arrive at the head of the next two episodes. For the new appointment with the cooking show produced by Endemol Shine Italy for Sky, last night on Sky Uno / + 1 and on demand, the ratings amounted to an average of 784,323 thousand average spectators and 3% share, with 1,136. 752 contacts, in line with last week.

MASTERCHEF – LA MISTERY BOX

The Mystery Box contained 10 ingredients imported into our kitchen and now perfectly adapted: peanuts, bison, Brazilian couve manteiga and maxixe, hops, papaya, Thai eggplant, mangalica pig, flowers of banana trees and morning glory or Asian water spinach. The objective of the challenge was to cook a dish with an all-Italian flavor but using at least 5 “migrant ingredients”. The judges taste Bisonte in the meadow of Tina (honey lacquered with mashed rosewood with peanuts, fried Thai eggplant and cream of couve manteiga), Pork mon amour di Lia (pork wrapped in couve manteiga leaves with pomea with butter, garlic and chilli, sautéed peanuts and papaya) and Otto out of ten by 18-year-old Carmine (pork in peanut grains and hops, with Thai aubergine cream, ipomea and papaya and maxixe salad), and it is the latter who wins the test.

MASTERCHEF – INVENTION TEST

L?Invention Test led then into the kitchen of MasterChef Italy the voices, spices and flavors of Middle Eastern culture thanks to Anissa Helou, scholar and writer who embodies the fusion of peoples. He brought with him three dishes based on as many different types of bread, an ingredient considered essential among the various ethnic groups of Islam: the Non, Uzbek bread decorated with floral motifs with a traditional stamp; Yufka bread, rolled out as thin as possible; finally the Rgaïf, the Moroccan layered bread. The challenge was to reproduce one of these types of bread and combine it with an accompaniment. Carmine, enjoying the advantage, was able to assign to the other competitors the type of bread with which to take the test, then removing the essential tool for their respective preparation from Anna, Polone and Dalia. The best dish was Salt in pumpkin, spices in the heart of Tracy, a yufka bread perfect in consistency, with lamb stew and liver, potatoes, chickpea cream and feta. For not respecting and extolling the sacredness of bread, however, the judges decreed Christian’s Casa mia (yufka bread with cut of veal heart, pepper jam, mint and potatoes) among the worst dishes; Among the unknown lands and flavors of Polone (yufka bread with cuttlefish, bottarga, pine nuts, yellow tomato sauce and edible flowers); and Uzbekistan Italia 1-1 by Anna (Non bread with asparagus, lard, caramelized figs and ricotta with basil). It is the latter, a 30-year-old nutritionist, who makes the most serious mistakes, thus having to leave the Masterclass.

MASTERCHEF – THE EXTERNAL TEST

La Prova in Esterna led amateur chefs to explore Trieste’s border cuisine. The red menu included an Austrian appetizer, to be prepared with sauerkraut and the Vienna snail, and a Slovenian second with pork, ham salt and Terrano extract; the blue one consisted of a Croatian first course, containing Croatian truffle and potato, and a Friulian dessert with Jamar del Carso cheese and Tarcento cherry. Tracy, winner of the Invention Test, chose the blue menu for herself and her brigade – made up of Tina, Dalia, Pietro, Carmine, Elena and Nicky Brian; the remaining competitors elected Federico as captain of the red team. Tracy always had to choose who, of the two teams, had to retrieve precious ingredients and advice from international producers (who did not speak Italian): for the blues she went herself, for the reds she indicated Polone. The producers, also diners of the test, were divided in the result: with 12 votes out of 20 the blue team won, whose members were able to watch the Pressure from afar; given the result in the balance, the judges also allowed the red captain Federico to immediately save a member of his brigade, and he indicated himself.

Finally, the gardens of the Miramare Castle, also in Trieste, have the Pressure Test, more trying and difficult than ever. The six competitors not yet safe challenged each other in the preparation of Pedocio de Trieste based on mussels. The judges divided the test into four different steps: carefully clean the mussels, put them to boil and filter the liquid from any impurities, crumble the dry bread and cut the parsley, dry the garlic in extra virgin olive oil and add the mussels with baking, bread and parsley at the end. The first competitor to finish each step had to ring a bell, thus forcing the others to move on to the next step without finishing the previous job. First Lia, then Bruno and Polone dictated the timing of each step, not without errors and carelessness. Lia, Mery, Mime and Polone respected the procedure and presented the Trieste recipe correctly; the most serious mistakes were made by Bruno and Christian, and it is between them that in the next episode we will discover who will have to leave the Masterclass. The verdict will arrive in the head in the next episodes, arriving on Thursday 27 January at 9.15 pm on Sky and streaming on NOW.

In announcing the new strategy for the management of endometriosis, Emmanuel Macron wished to thank the ?Doctor Chrysoula Zacharopoulou for her commitment?. This surgeon and gynecologist by training had asked Julie Gayet to found, in 2015, the association Info-endometriosis in order to sensitize society and the media to this disease associated with very painful menstruation.

Chrysoula Zacharopoulo, 45, is delighted that a “disease that affects one in ten women in all aspects of [sa] life becomes a national cause. What do the critics on the financial vagueness surrounding several points and on the unfavorable opinion of the government concerning the adoption in Parliament of a resolution to recognize endometriosis as a long-term condition matter? “I refuse to politicize everything”, underlines the one who, from 2009, claims to have been shocked by the silence of French hospitals on the subject.

A woman belatedly invested in politics

Born in Sparta, the daughter of a soldier, this Franco-Greek Europhile first studied and lived for fifteen years in Italy before settling in France in 2007. It was through her commitment to the fight against endometriosis that it is beginning to gravitate around political circles. In 2014, she met Najat Vallaud-Belkacem, then Minister for Women’s Rights. A surgeon at the Saint-Mandé military hospital, Chrysoula Zacharopoulou is not on the card but continues her associative lobbying from 2017 with Marlène Schiappa, the Secretary of State in charge of equality between women and men.

ticking the boxes ” civil society ” and “transnational”, she was spotted by La République en Marche and propelled at the time of the 2019 Europeans. She has since sat in the centrist and liberal group Renew while continuing to practice in the hospital one day a week. At the peak of the health crisis, she also gave a helping hand to the Covid-19 units.

An opponent of illiberal democracies

This MEP defines herself as a “humanist”. Worried about the “xenophobia of the right and the extreme right”, it deploys the Macronian rhetoric of the cleavage between ” progressive “ and “nationalists”. An admirer of Gisèle Halimi, she denounces the drastic restrictions on the right to abortion in Poland and the erosion of press freedom in Hungary. As such, it supports the idea of ??making European aid conditional on respect for the rule of law. When asked about French migration policy, sometimes criticized by the left wing of Macronie, the MP eludes: ?The question of immigration is European. Macron has real leadership. »

Chrysoula Zacharopoulou has been since April 2021 co-chair of the board of shareholders of Covax, a public-private program led by international institutions such as the WHO. Supposed to fight against the vaccine divide between rich and poor countries, this organization, described as “absolute mess” by Yannick Jadot, is criticized for its broken promises. The 2021 goal was to deliver 2 billion doses to countries in need. In fact, only 600 million doses were delivered. JAKARTA – Kuasa hukum Nicholas Sean Purnama, Ahmad Ramzy, buka suara terkait penetapan Ayu Thalia alias AT sebagai tersangka kasus pencemaran nama baik.

Ciao Etta, benvenuta su All Music Italia.

Ovvio.

Ho già qualche idea in mente.

I have never been addicted to shopping. I’ve always considered myself a measured, calm person and my most “random” spending was more on the food/gastronomy side (hello, taurine) or travel than with clothes and accessories and look at that >blogger here<. Of course, I've always done good shopping, I've already bought my beloved bags, I've been enjoying buying more jewelry, but it was never a frequent or impulse thing, but a special occasion, but everything has changed.

Whose fault? From the pandemic. Okay my but the pandemic and my hormones (pregnancy) turned a little bit on me r very nervous. What I find funny, and this post is more like a rant than a ?tip?, is that with the advent of this pandemic, a lot has been said about “conscious consumption” and that our way of consuming fashion would change? bullshit, I don’t know if I’m (was) already at the level of compulsion, but the fact of being quarantined at home a lot has changed.

Back to 2020, the beginning of the pandemic, everyone locked up at home and me at the beginning of the pregnancy and a mix of euphoria and apprehension. What does a pregnant woman have to do? Yes, building a trousseau for a little person about to be born and that was almost a trigger for me to start buying and buying. Okay, everything had a reason, a purpose, here comes an extra there, an exaggeration there, a thought like ?ah it will be the only daughter I will have?. Hence my architect side exacerbated and making the room I had in mind unprecedented, but with some pandemic restrictions.

Behold, I bought 95% of Maria Eduarda’s trousseau/decor at home. I became Prime at Amazon, Level 6 at MercadoLivre and I started to create a habit that I didn’t have that much? that of buying online. I used to buy, but what I didn’t have a live option, because I liked to go to the mall, but then everything became online, easy and behold, I saw my card automatically registered in several kkkry stores.

2021 came, Maria Eduarda in my arms and one more season of Cov1d and new sensations: I PURCHASED BECAUSE I DESERVED IT. ?Damn, a pandemic all at home, all right, I’m still puerperal, baby blues and in a breastfeeding resilience work…

And that’s how I kept buying and buying, futility, randomness, puts I changed my car, several colors of masks, we’re not going to get out of this pandemic anyway, prime no rappi, the diaper is over, I bought a second hand bag at a live mall, no I’m going to travel out so soon.

Then we enter a SPIRAL OF FEELINGS AND SHOPPING. I gave myself excuses and they seemed pretty fair. I compensated with shopping. Self-indulgence. Dawn awake with the little pitchulinha that sleeps dripping? A little purchase to give me a cuddle. And so on in the loop.

Then came another stage of this empty mind, but a crowded cart: that of exchanges. I was addicted, or even needy, to change. Mostly due to the fact that certain virtual purchases didn’t actually work, there I was going to the post office with 3 or 4 boxes to return. One fine day I returned a treadmill I bought (it was really bad). And that added by the fact that I didn’t want to go into the changing rooms, sometimes I bought kind of imagining the possibility of the exchange. It’s almost like a bonus feeling, a self-made gift card. The detail is that with each exchange we always give that basic difference. The peak came at Christmas, Rodrigo gave me a YSL bag and I switched hehehelp

Of course, it’s a phase, I didn’t get into debt or anything, I know that the fact of staying at home for a long time and with a newborn baby is subject to certain disparities, yes and each one with its own. I am empathetic with myself (because if I’m not who I’m going to be, right), but I find it curious that at the end of the day the pandemic did not necessarily make us reflect on consumption. If, in fact, I traveled less and went out to dinner less, I tried to compensate in other ways and each one reacts in a different way.

There are people who lose sleep, there are people who ~take it out on food (beginning of the year I got addicted to Lindt’s red bonbon, which thank God passed), there are people who even surrender to a new lifestyle, religion, sport, project. I think it’s up to us to understand our flaws, moments and how much we are able to allow ourselves, forgive and move on with less judgment and more balance!

comprasss

At the beginning of the year I promised to adjust my energy to new projects, I didn’t delete any app from the store, but I deleted all the registered cards, every now and then I’ll allow myself ok, but I feel like I need to get out of the automatic, the justifications and do something more conscious and less on impulse.

A while ago I had disconnected from the precepts of Mindfulness, but I started rereading the book Mindfulness and it has already been effective in feeling reconnected, avoiding justifications and surrendering myself more to the present moment and, above all, conscious.

In 2021, the concert could have been a bit more than in the previous year, but the reverberations of the quarantine were still fading. Enough albums have been released to select the best ones. Twenty-three editors would appreciate a total of one hundred and three domestic (Czech and Slovak) records. This is the final twenty and ranks twenty to sixteen.

foreign boards: 40-31 30-21 | 20-11 | 10-1
home boards: 15-11 10-6 | 5-1

After adding up all the votes, we were left with three recordings with the same number of points in the twentieth place, so we gave them all space in our rankings.

20.-22. Tomas Klus – I feel

Tomá? Klus released two records last year. He touched the cooperation with Ji?í Burian on the political “?AU?ESKU” and liked him so much that he reached for his production skills even in the case of personal and pop “I feel” collection, targeted at wider circles of its fans. They were given a much richer arrangement, which, with a few exceptions, only finely illustrates the songs. Sometimes electronics play a much bigger role, but the main thing has remained. The trot plays with the language in the songs again, they are not afraid to be personal or to fully say or sing their opinions. Gone is the ragged boy with the guitar who sang about love, but quite logically there is an adult man who still loves, but not every day a different girl, but his wife, his children or his country. And he’s not afraid to show it. He definitely deserves other plus points for going to the musical waters unexplored to him. (Honza Balusek)

20.-22. Scabies – Soaking in shackles

Scabies - Soaking in shackles

Young, restless and most importantly they do not move forward! This is what he wants to joyfully call out when listening to the work of the Prague pack Sn??, which made its way across genres to the best domestic albums of last year. And rightly so. “Soaking in the shackles” brings predation, unfetteredness, speed with a dose of appropriate and tolerated aggression, with a clear signal that it is necessary to count on this band in the future. And not only with us. Her wink at old school thrash combined with muddy death is one of the best things to see and hear in our country last year in the field of extreme metal. What can captivate and delight the unprepared listener at the first listening is a certain original purity and technical brilliance of the mix of the mentioned styles. In the case of Snita, it is not just a slavish copy of genre icons, but there is a desire to go your own way, and this is appreciated. The record grows with each listening, as does this bunch with each performance. (Tomas Rozkovec)

Vojtaano - 2020

Vojtaano made his debut in 2017, after fifteen years on the scene. His fans didn’t have to wait that long now – right at the beginning of 2021 he gave them a hilarious record with eleven songs. The name “2020” refers to a failed year when a whole pandemic hit the whole society. This was partly reflected in the content, which could be summarized as a confession of a man in his thirties who was forced to stay at home. The lyrics traditionally reflect Vojta’s peculiar humor and peppery speech. Musically, it looks more compact thanks to comprehensive production. Prim plays the guitar, she is well followed by electronics and beats, which give a more vigorous fellow sometimes a very brisk coat. Compared to the debut, the novelty contains more mature themes, less sharper expressions. One of the most suspicious songs is the demotivating “KPZ” with Zeller from Cocotte Minute dealing with average life. However, this is not an average record, but a real confession of a versatile talent who enjoys its vigor and humanity. It is also worth noting the hilarious cover, which refers to the fact that the author spent the year 2020 in isolation with his wife and four-legged friend. In addition to all the songs, he provided at least lyric videos. (Hana Buká?ková)

Dana Hájka’s type: Piano – Veiled

Piano - Veiled

The wait for the third album of the Piano project lasted for six long years. Indications of how the result might sound could be heard at previous concerts. “Veiled” builds more on studio jam sessions and how the formation sounds on stage. Although the sound still comes from dreamy surfaces, dense guitar planes came to the fore and Timon Svoboda is not afraid to lean into it. As the central figure of this formation, Mikolá? R??i?ka is an unheard of person who also shifts in the lyrics. In them, this time he delves deeper into love (including the mother’s), feelings of unstoppable aging, the revelation of a certain naivety, but also the awareness of one’s own spirituality and faith in God. “Veiled” is dominated by songs whose footage exceeds six minutes and which makes extensive use of gradations, layering of individual fragments of synthesizer lines and the already mentioned guitars. Under the microscope of Boris Carloff, an engaging album for a dark night was created, which will captivate you with its contemplative undertone full of feelings.

Kaczi - Naked

The songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Frýdek-Místek has made herself regularly known in recent years, but her debut album “Naked” shows her talent in its entirety. KACZI presents herself as a distinctive singer with a sharp voice who accentuates folk influences, but also excels in catchy pop melodies. Her original songs are spontaneous, stylistically diverse and sound spontaneous and unadulterated. She especially likes the accompaniment of the accordion, which is becoming her hallmark – it sounds as if it came to us directly from the streets of Paris. Unless the organizers of the October Prague concert Zaz have chosen a frontman, KACZI as “natural phenomenon” from the Beskydy Mountains would be a great choice for this task. (Josef Martinek)

18. Include Zing – Blurry AF

Include Zing - Blurry AF

“Blurry AF” does not break records with its footage, but musically it breaks many targets. Jonatan Pastir?ák conceived his big debut under the Isama Zing brand as a cooperative work with a number of guests, who, however, greatly influenced the final collection. Aid Kid, Oliver Torr and DJ Gäp made a deeper immersion into the process of creating her musical design. On the contrary, Irena Pokutová, Johana Beli?ová, Tá?a Pauhofová, Ela Tolstová or Milan André Boronell added their vocal skills. It is also worth mentioning the author’s insight into traditional Romani ballads and his way of using electronics, samplers, but also acoustic instruments, whose sound distorts the various. “Blurry AF”, despite its postmodern editing, has not lost any of its naturalness and compactness. (Dan Hajek)

Josef Martínek’s type: Sofian Medjmedj – 19

Sofian Medjmedj - 19

If you say music for today youth there is nothing left for you anymore, in the case of Sofian Medjmedy you could make an exception and give him a chance. The singer wrote the songs for his first album “19” at the age of nineteen, and it can be said that he opens his thirteenth room in them. In the often dark songs at the interface of pop, r’n’b and trap, he describes the shadows of his childhood and adolescence, he also reflects on the emptiness of the time and the illusion of popularity on social networks. With the producers Enthic and Luká? Chromek behind his back, he made a surprisingly mature debut, which may not be fully appreciated in the domestic environment in a few years.

17. Floex – Papetura (Original Game Soundtrack)

Floex - Papetura (Original Game Soundtrack)

Last year brought two releases, under which the name Floexe is marked. They were a very diverse and ambient-tuned “Papetura” and soundtrack to the film “Je Suis Karl”, on which Tomá? Dvo?ák collaborated with Tom Hodg. In both cases, Tomá? is always looking for an original musical expression for a given project. He admitted that he had to play “Papetura” several times to find the right path. The game itself is based on paper scenery and its author is Tomasz Ostafin. This fragile world eventually gained much of the ambient and neoclassical. In addition to Dvo?ák, his close companions Tomá? Jamník on cello and Eva Jamníková on violin took part in the filming. This created a game accompaniment that does not lack dynamics and plays with many modest motifs that complete the musical backdrop, which will stand up as a regular Floex record. The relationship between the main characters develops beautifully here, and individual, plot by tone, the individual plot plots are composed. The author proves that he is constantly moving, and reveals new levels of his talent. (Dan Hajek)

Milan Men?ík’s tip: Epydemye – Glazed sky

Epydemye - The glassy sky

When the formations from Týn nad Vltavou Epydemye came to our small village Martínkov last September to meet the natives, a lot of people were skeptical of what a riot, so stupid name and so on. As soon as the folk singers started playing with the pleasantly skinny double bass player Lucka Vlasáková, the negative comments subsided and during the fourth song a lot of people stood on the floor and stayed dancing until the end of the performance. Epity they play energetic songs that lack shallowness, but on the contrary have strong lyrics, they connect the stories of (not only) historical personalities with ordinary human joys and sorrows, they are full of melodies and ideas to think about. The new album “Glazed Heaven”, named after the cult Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Neratov, is also full of such. While listening to the music of a few performers, you can laugh and cry, experience versatile emotions like this party. (Milan Mencik)

16. Dirty Old Dogs – Let’s Burn Heaven Again

Dirty Old Dogs - Let's Burn Heaven Again

It hasn’t been that long. A recording that seems to have fallen from another world. When you listen to the album “Let’s Burn Heaven Again”, you have the feeling that the honest seventies, cut by the nineties, have returned. What’s more, returns to the roots are common in island or overseas bands. In the case of Dirty Old Dogs, however, it would be hard to guess that this is a production from domestic meadows and groves. She is shrouded in a sympathetic psychedelic haze and sometimes remembers the good old The Doors and similar files. The album lets the audience dream pleasantly and carries him somewhere beyond the horizon, where she creates her own film, to which she then adds an almost perfect noir soundtrack. However, the ubiquitous darkness does not have to be a gateway to depressed moods, but rather is intended for melancholy tuning with a certain positive beam. (Tomas Rozkovec)

In December of last year Ben Affleck gave an interview to Howard Stern where he said he felt trapped in his marriage to Jennifer Garner and also talked about what contributed to the breakup of her engagement to Jennifer Lopez in 2004; So some rumors arose that JLo she had been annoyed with him.

However, it seems that it is not true, as a source close to them told ‘Entertainment Tonight’ that the couple is going through a formidable moment, ?Jen and Ben are doing very well. Ben’s interview with Howard Stern rHe really didn’t put too much strain on their relationship. They understand that things like this happen sometimes, and words can be misunderstood.”

The insider continued, ?They are madly in love and Jennifer is totally supportive of Ben, so she wanted to make her support and position known publicly. Things between their children are pretty organic at this point. The families respect each other and get along well too, so things are good on that front. His friends think they will eventually get engaged and it’s just a matter of time.”

During that interview with Howard Stern, the actor spoke about his alcoholism when he was married to Garner, ?Part of the reason I started drinking was because I was trapped. I was like, ‘I can’t leave because of my children, but I’m not happy, what do I do?

?And what I did was drink a bottle of whiskey and fall asleep on the couch, which turned out not to be the solution. We had a marriage that didn’t work out. This happens. She is someone I love and respect, but should not be married to any longer,” Affleck said.

A few days later, Jennifer Lopez was asked by ‘People’ if she had really been upset by her partner’s words, to which she replied, ?This story just isn’t true. It’s not how I feel. I couldn’t have more respect for Ben as a father, co-father and person.”

A sign that the relationship between Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck is strengthening is that the singer recently shared a photo on her Instagram account in which she wears a necklace with Ben’s name on it.

In a video where he discussed his goals for 2022, he also made a reference to Affleck, ?I want to be really aware of what I want my life to be. Knowing that my thoughts create my life and keep them really positive so that I can grow and be the best version of myself this year. Better than ever mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally to be the best mother, the best companion, the best friend, the daughter, sister, boss, person that I can be.
