Lost Codes

 
I've lost my code.  Can I get it again?
You've registered for a product and entered your code.  However, you just re-formatted your hard drive and you've misplaced the registration code!  Don't worry!  We can look up your order in the master database!  :) 
Please submit a lost code request directly to Acoustica by filling out the form below. Your request will be handled by an actual human in the order it is received. :)  If you just ordered our software, please allow up to 30 minutes for your initial registration email to be sent!  Our normal business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST.  (We're in California.)  We'll try to re-send your code as soon as possible during normal working hours.  

Don't forget to try our automated look up system!  Automated lost code lookup system  ( You'll get a reply instantly instead of having to wait for one of our support technicians to manually look up your registration. )

 

IMPORTANT:  Due to excessive SPAM on the Internet, you may not find our emails in your Inbox!  Please check your "Bulk" or "SPAM" folder.  We are noticing that many Yahoo email users are not receiving their email!
